As part of the greater The Triple Helix mission, we feel obliged to connect students and science with innovation, entrepreneurship and implementation of exponential technologies. Communicating science to the public and writing about its impact on society may not be enough on its own! Students and researchers need to create their own things that people would use in their daily lives, if we want to communicate successfully what we do as scientists!!!
That’s why, we at The Triple Helix Aristotle organise a weekly InnovationLab to bring students in touch with startups, inventors and accomplished researchers, inspiring them to start the next big thing, in a way that they would advance humanity and influence the world!!! The Triple Helix InnovationLab is also giving the chance to newly formed teams and startups present their vision and receive valuable mentorship during the weekly events and specially designed entrepreneurship programs.
The Triple Helix InnovationLab is the first ever student ideas incubator inside Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the first of its kind among The Triple Helix global network, initiated and envisioned in January 2016 by Fotis Chatzisaris.
